This product makes my pillow less hot than it used to get, but if you're looking for a product to make your pillow actually feel cool, this is not your solution. I still feel the need to flip my pillow every once in a while each night--not as often as before putting on the Outlast Pillow Covers, but still 2-3 times per night. I've tried the "Chillow" pillow pad (a gel-filled thing) and it was much worse because though it starts out cool, when it warms up, it stays warmed up and keeps getting warmer. This product helps the pillow hold a semi-neutral temperature, but by morning it's bordering on too warm for me.
